Absolutely! It's important to inform your instructor about any injuries or physical limitations before class so they can provide appropriate modifications tailored specifically for you. Yoga can be adapted to accommodate various conditions while still offering benefits such as improved flexibility and strength.

We suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the start time of your class. This will give you enough time to check-in at the front desk, set up your mat in the desired spot, and settle into a relaxed state before the practice begins.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for individuals of all levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructors provide variations for each pose to accommodate different skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you'll find a welcoming space in our studio.

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for hygiene purposes. If you don't have one or forget yours, don't worry – we have mats available to use at the studio. Additionally, it's advisable to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
