Yoga Love Flow is an all-levels vinyasa class that will move you through a series of fluid sequences that seamlessly link breath with movement. Each pose gracefully transitions into the next, creating a dance-like flow that allows your body and mind to find synchronicity. YIN YOGA

Discover the calming power of Yin Yoga, a meditative practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. Yin Yoga focuses on longer-held postures that target the body’s deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Through gentle stretches and mindful breathing, you’ll create space for stillness and healing, both physically and mentally.

What to bring: A thick yoga mat, bolster, yoga blocks, comfy blanket, and water bottle. Don’t have these? No worries—we have extras! Wear something comfortable.

BREATHWORK YOGA FOR RESILIENCE

Sukshma Vyayama, or Breathwork Yoga, is a form that strengthens the physical, mental and emotional bodies. You do not have to be super flexible to enjoy and participate in this form. This is deeply detoxifying and will purge your body of old physical and emotional ailments. For this form, we will mostly be standing. Get ready to get energized and open the body to create emotional resilience, and feel supple and radiant!

Yogafort Flow: Music & Movement

Flow to the rhythm of Treefort with a breath-driven Vinyasa practice set to a curated festival soundtrack. This all-levels class links movement with music, guiding you through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and presence. With tracks from featured Treefort artists, this experience blends the energy of live music with the fluidity of breath and movement, creating a practice that is both invigorating and grounding.

Unwind and restore on the final day of Treefort with a Peaceful Yoga Soundbath, a deeply relaxing experience designed to reset your body and mind. This gentle, restorative practice will guide you through supported yoga postures while being immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments will create a meditative atmosphere, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation.

Perfect for all levels, this class is an opportunity to integrate the energy of the festival, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Join us as we close out the weekend with stillness, breath, and sound.
