BEGINNER SUP YOGA

Join us for BEGINNER SUP YOGA!

Come to Quinn's Pond and experience practicing yoga in a unique and cooling way!

This class is a relaxing and invigorating experience that combines the tranquility of yoga with the excitement of being on a stand-up paddleboard. In this class, you will learn basic yoga poses and slow sequences, focusing on balance, strength, and mindfulness while floating on water.

Don't worry if you're new to paddleboarding or yoga, you will guided in gentle poses suitable for all levels. We'll provide all the necessary support to ensure you have a fun and rewarding experience. The movement of the water adds an extra element of challenge and enjoyment to your practice, helping you improve your core stability and flexibility.​

Spaces are limited, so book your spot now and get ready to dive into the world of SUP YOGA!

What to bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, towel, and paddleboard.

You can rent a SUP at the park at Idaho River Sports

Time: 6pm, we suggest getting there 15 min early to prepare

Where: Quinn's Pond located in Esther Simplot Park. We will meet near the middle of the pond. More parking is available, accessible at 3150 West Main Street
