RESILIENCE FLOW

Resilience Flow, an all-levels vinyasa class, nurtures a mind-body-breath connection. Each session provides opportunities for centering, exploring, and strengthening the physical and emotional body, offering meditation and movement to foster calm and clarity.

For over twenty years, yoga has provided Katherine with the framework and support to restore her mind, body, and spirit. Initially, she turned to yoga for relief from spinal fusion surgery to treat scoliosis. Yoga helped her improve her postural awareness and work with her unique alignment needs. The physical practice was a gateway to a deeper exploration of breathwork and meditation, leading her to become an RYT-200 in 2024.

Katherine's approach to yoga honors its rich traditions and history while centering the values of empathy, community, and self-discovery we seek in the modern world. As a teacher, her purpose is to inspire you to learn, reflect, and transform on and off the mat. She offers classes that guide you in uncovering your inner strength and resilience.
